• Add provisions in the EOP to provide immediate notification to parents, guardians, and other persons standing in parental relations in circumstances involving a significant threat to the health safety of students, including identification of the individual with responsibility for overseeing the notification. 
• GISD will start providing notice of its School and Safety Security Meetings in the same manner as its Board of Trustees meetings.
• See that the school resource officer on the Threat Assessment Team completes Threat Assessment Training through TxSSC or a Region Center. 
• Submit the School Safety and Security Committee agenda to TEA after the next scheduled meeting with the agenda item District Vulnerability Assessment.
• Submit the Board of Trustees agenda to TEA after the next scheduled meeting with the agenda item District Vulnerability Assessment. 
• Giddings Int. - Doors #4, #6, and #7 leading into the gym need a means of identifying an individual seeking entry. This has been rectified already.
