8.B. Consider for Approval Leakey ISD Budgets for the 2026-2027 school year as follows: General Fund 199, Café Fund 240, and Debt Service Fund 599. Once approved, the budgets will be posted on the District website as required.

8.C. Consider and Approve end-of-year budget amendments for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. A handout will be provided.

9. Executive Session

9.A. In accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, the Board will convene in closed session to deliberate the following:

• Tex. Gov't Code §551.074 (Personnel Matters) — to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, duties, and terms of employment of an Interim Superintendent and a new Superintendent of Schools, and matters related to the Superintendent search process (Items 5A and 5B above).
• Tex. Gov't Code §551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) — to consult with the District's attorney on any item on this agenda for which the attorney's duty under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct conflicts with the Open Meetings Act.

9.B. The Board will convene in closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters) to deliberate the employment and appointment of individual contractual personnel recommended by the Superintendent. The Board will reconvene in open session to take any action pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.102.
