5.A. Local Goal Progress Measure 1.1 The percentage of kindergarten to second grade students at or above grade level on reading fluency as measured by mClass from 25% to 43% by August 2025. August 2021- 25%; August 2022- 28%; August 2023- 32%; August 2024- 37%; August 2025- 43%

Goal Progress Measure 1.2 The percentage of third to fifth grade students at or above Meets on STAAR Reading will increase from 26% to 48% by August 2025. August 2021- 26%; August 2022 - 29%; August 2023- 33%; August 2024- 38%; August 2025- 44%

Local Goal Progress Measure 2.1 The percentage of kindergarten to second grade at or above the grade level on number operations and algebraic reasoning as measured by District assessment will increase from XX% to XX% by August 2025. August 2022- XX%; August 2023- XX%; August 2024- XX%; August 2025- XX% Baseline will be determined  in May 2022 through district created assessment. 
This is a new progress measure and no previous data has been captured.  Data capture will begin in May 2022.

Goal Progress Measure 2.2 The percentage of third to fifth grade students performing at the Meets level on STAAR Math will increase from 22% to 45% by August 2025. August 2021- 22%; August 2022- 26%; August 2023- 31%; August 2024- 37%; August 2025- 45%
