5.A. SC 2.0 The Superintendent will not allow the District to operate without notifying parents/guardians at least once each 9 weeks about how to help their student if the student is one or more grade level behind in literacy 1st through 8th grade.

SCPM 2.1 The percentage of parent contact that will take place by teachers will not drop below 100% by 2023. 2022 50% 2023 100% 2024 100% 2025 100%

SCPM 2.2 The percentage of documented support for teachers to provide useful information to help their students by the C&I Department will not drop below 100% by 2023. 2022 50% 2023 100% 2024 100% 2025 100%

SC 3.0 The Superintendent shall not allow convenience or preference to take priority over the academic success of our students.
