6.A. Student Outcome Goal Progress Monitoring GPM 1.1 and Student Outcome Goal Progress Monitoring GPM 2.1
Student Outcome Goal 1.0 -The percentage of 3rd-grade students at or above the college and career readiness level (Meets) on STAAR Reading will increase from 28% to 51% by August 2024.
GPM 1.1 The percentage of third-grade students at or above grade level on comprehension and fluency will increase from 28% to 45% (current) by August 2024.
Student Outcome Goal 2.0 -The percentage of 7th-grade students at or above the college and career readiness level (Meets) on STAAR Mathematics will increase from 33% to 53% by August  2024.
Goal Progress Monitoring 2.1 The percentage of 7th-grade students at or above the grade level on numerical representations/reasoning and algebraic reasoning will increase from 33% to 53%  by August 2024.

6.B. Board Constraint 3.0 Progress Monitoring - Do not deviate from Natalia ISD Board Policy or Natalia ISD Board Operating Procedures such as negotiating financial compensation with district employees.

6.C. Superintendent Constraint 1.0 - Do not allow inequitable financial support for Natalia ISD’s Student Outcome Goals.
Superintendent Constraint Progress Measure 1.1 The percentage of inputs aligned to achieving Student Outcome Goals being coded in the budget will increase from 0% to 100% by 2021.

6.D. Superintendent Constraint 2.0 -  Do not allow teachers within their first two years of teaching at Natalia ISD to lack administration support.

7. UPDATE OF INSTRUCTIONAL PLANNING FOR 2021 INCLUDING 2020-21 DRAFT CALENDAR AND PARENT SURVEY RESULTS

8.F. Consider and take possible action regarding the 2020-2021 Academic Calendar.

8.G. Consider and approve the superintendent to execute a contract for Material Testing Services with Raba Kistner for the amount of $64,791.

9. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION

9.A. Consider and take possible action to approve additional positions for a Speech Language Pathology Assistant and an Intervention Teacher for the High School.

9.B. Consider and possible approval of ranking of proposals of General Contractors for the construction of Pkg. 2 - Jr. High Additions and Renovations recommended by the Selection Committee, delegation of authority to Superintendent to negotiate and execute a final contract and other necessary documents on behalf of the School District pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2269.155.

9.C. Consider and take possible action to select training dates for Team of 8 Lone Star Governance training.
