Public Hearing to Discuss the 2024-2025 Budget and Proposed Tax Rate.
A public meeting must be held to accept public input before adoption of the budget and tax rate(s). The budget must be adopted no later than August 31, 2024. In addition, the District has two separate and distinct tax rates. The Maintenance and Operations (M&O) tax rate is used for the purpose of paying for the general operations of the school district and the Interest and Sinking (I&S) tax rate is used for the repayment of voter approved debt to include principal, interest, and related fees. |
