Approve Band Instrument Proposal
One of our most successful and growing programs is in need of new assorted band instruments for both High School and Middle School. While we will likely need to make additional purchases to get caught up, we are able to make this initial purchase through end of year savings with an expected cost of $60,000. |

Approve Lighting Proposal for High School
BISD is working to update the lighting throughout High School before we transition to Middle School. In order to get the project completed before the end of summer, we are requesting approval to proceed with the purchase of new lighting throughout High School. The funds will be encumbered, but not expended until project completion |

ADJOURNMENT: The Board may go into closed session to discuss any item that is listed in the Texas Government Code Section for the Texas Open Meetings Act and that appears on this agenda.
