7.A. TGC 551.071 An executive session will be held for the purpose of having private consultation with the Board's attorney when the governmental body seeks the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation or a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duties of counsel to his client, under the Code of Professional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Act.

9.B. Consideration and approval of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees for the Coldspring-Oakhurst Consolidated Independent School District making certain findings under Tex. Educ. Code § 26,042(e) (disaster pennies related to Hurricane Beryl) concerning setting the Maintenance and Operations Tax Rate of the District for the 2024 tax year.

9.C. Discussion and possible action, if any, to adopt an ordinance setting a tax rate for the Coldspring-Oakhurst Consolidated Independent School District for the 2024 tax year.

9.D. Consideration and approval of an order calling a Special Election to be held by the Coldspring-Oakhurst Consolidated Independent School District regarding ratifying a Voter-Approval Tax Rate (VATRE), making provision for the conduct of a joint election, and resolving other matters incident and related to such election.
