Consider/Take Possible Action to Approve an Order Authorizing the Issuance, Sale and Delivery of Port Aransas Independent School District Unlimited Tax School Building Bond, Series 2021; Securing the Payment Thereof By Authorizing the Levy of an Annual Ad Valorem Tax; and Approving and Authorizing the Execution of all Instruments and Procedures Related Thereto, including a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreements and a Purchase Contract and Investment Letter.
