1. Call to Order - Establishment of Quorum  Prayer and Pledge

2. Consider, and if appropriate, take action to ratify and confirm Administration’s decision to publicly advertise, in the Silsbee Bee, on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, and on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, for competitive sealed proposals for the purchase and installation of HVAC equipment at Laura Reeves Elementary School.

3. Consider, and if appropriate, take action to authorize Administration to publicly advertise in the Silsbee Bee, in two (2) consecutive issues, for competitive sealed proposals for the purchase and installation of a new roof for Laura Reeves Elementary School, and for all other bond projects at Laura Reeves Elementary School, and at Edwards-Johnson Memorial Silsbee Middle School, as applicable.

4. The Board may elect to meet in closed (executive) session to consult with its attorney regarding legal aspects of these proposed actions as permitted by §551.071(2) Tx Gov't Code.

5. Any Action, decision, or vote regarding these proposed decisions will be taken in open (public) session.
