3.A. The Board will meet in closed (executive) session to conduct a student expulsion appeal hearing, as permietted by 551.082(a)(1), Tex Gov't Code.

3.B. The Board will also meet in closed (executive) session to consult with its attorneys, regarding the legal aspects of the student expulsion appeal hearing as permitted by 551.071(2), Tex Gov't Code.

3.C. Any action, decision or vote on a mater considered in closed (executive) session will be taken in open (public) session, according to law
