1. Call to Order - Establishment of Quorum

2. Adopt the 2020-2021 School District Budget

3. Adopt Tax Rate Ordinance Setting the Tax Rate for the 2020-2021 Year.

4. Budget Amendment # 17

5. Commit a portion of Unassigned General Operating Fund Balance for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2020.

6. Commit the Food Service/Child Nutrition program to Fund 240.

7. Commit the Student Activity Fund programs to Fund 461.

8. District Investment Policy (Annual Review)

9. Approve Interlocal Agreement with Region 7 Education Service Center Purchasing CoOP.

10. Transfer $1,676.79 from General Operating to Food Service for uncollectible balances from students at the end of the 2019-2020 school year.

11. The open session of the meeting will recess and the Board of Trustees will convene in closed session for the following purposes.
