However, in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Board members cannot discuss or vote on issues not posted on the agenda. Please limit comments to five (5) minutes per speaker (BED Local). Sign in with the recording secretary. |

Consider and take possible action to approve the agreement/contract with Texas Political Subdivisions for property insurance. |

5.2. Delegate authority to the Superintendent to negotiate and execute a final advertising agreement with Cima Abstract Company, LLC and Bosque Energy in a final form approved by Counsel for the District
|

6. CLOSED SESSION--the open session of the meeting will adjourn. The Board will convene in a closed session to discuss items authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001 - 551.084. The Board reconvenes into open session to consider action on items discussed in Executive Session.
