Texas Gov't Code 551.089 Deliberation Regarding Security Devices or Security Audits: To deliberate security assessments or deployments relating to information resources technology; network security information as described by Section 2059.055(b); or deployment, or specific occasions for implementation of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices.

8. Reconvene Following Executive Session - vote on matters considered in executive session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, to take action necessary regarding executive session (if any).

This notice has been publicly posted at the administrative offices at Pewitt CISD, 1330 US Hwy 67 W, Omaha, TX 75571, seventy-two hours in advance of the above meeting, as required by the following sections of the Texas Government Code: 551.041 and 551.043 during the regular school year.
