Construction Services Agreement for Fine Arts Renovations at Multiple Campuses (BP033): Consideration and approval of a Construction Services Agreement with E Contractors USA LLC for Fine Arts Renovations at Multiple Campuses (BP033), for a stipulated sum of $15,864,000, and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate and execute or terminate the agreements. 
 

Construction Services Agreement for Willowridge HS Renovations (BP030): Consideration and approval of a Construction Services Agreement with Prime Contractors for Willowridge HS Renovations, for a not-to-exceed amount of $15,411,000, and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate and execute or terminate the agreements. 
 

District Access Network Equipment: Consideration and approval for the purchase of District Access Network Equipment from Netsync Network Solutions in an amount not to exceed $11,790,437 over a five-year period and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the agreement through June 2031.
