1. Establish Quorum and Call Meeting to Order - 6:00 p.m.

2. Consultation with the District's attorney to receive legal advice regarding the procedure for a reduction in force and possible termination or proposed nonrenewal of employment contracts. This item may be held in closed session in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code 551.71. & 551.129 if consult is by phone.

3. Adjourn to Executive Session to consider agenda items listed below, if needed. Board action, if any, will be taken in open session at the appropriate agenda item. In the event there are no items to come before theBoard in executive session,this item will be eliminated.

5. Consider the proposed nonrenewal of the term employment contract of DAEP Administrator, as part of the reduction in force arising from a program change in accordance with policies DFF and DFBB. This item may be held in closed session inaccordance with Tex. Gov't Code 551.074; any action will be taken in open session.

6. Consider the proposed nonrenewal of the term employment contract of speech therapist in accordance with policy DFBB. This item may be held in closed session in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code 551.074; any action will be taken in open session.

7. Consider the proposed nonrenewal of one or more term employment contract employees, including classroom teacher(s), as part of the reduction in force arising from a program change in accordance with policies DFF and DFBB. This item may be held in closed session in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code 551.074; any action will be taken in open session.

8. Consider the proposed termination of probationary contract employees at end of the contract period in the best interest of the district. This item may be held in closed session in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code 551.074; any action will be taken in open session.

9. Consider the renewal of probationary contract employees. This item may be held in closed session in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code 551.074; any action will be taken in open session.

10. Consider the renewal of  term contract employees and other professional certified full-time term contract employees (including administrators). This item may be held in closed session in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code 551.074; any action will be taken in open session.

11. Consider modifying the "Employee Incentive for Providing Early Notification of Resignation" plan

12. Accept Certification of Unopposed Candidates and approve Order of Cancellation for the May 14, 2011 Trustee Election.
