7. Closed Session - Trustees will adjourn into Closed Session as permitted by Texas Government Code Section 551.01 et. seq.
  A. Section 551.074 - Personnel Matters
The Board will discuss the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment,duties,discipline or dismissal of public employees or officials.
B. Section 551.076 - Safety and Security - The board is not required to conduct an open meeting to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices, or to deliberate a security audit.
D. Section 551.072 - Deliberation Regarding Real Property - including the potential purchase of real property described as approximately 12.977 acres, located at 3601 W. State Highway 22, Corsicana, Navarro, Navarro Central Appraisal District ID No. 45560.  A governmental body may conduct a closed meeting to deliberate a negotiated contract for a prospective gift or donation to the state or the governmental body if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person.
