I. NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM
A quorum of the Cotulla ISD Board of Trustees may be in attendance on __________________ of __________ at___________________ at the Betty Avant Cafetorium located at 1034 State Hwy 97, Cotulla, TX 78014. This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Cotulla ISD Board of Trustees, but this notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. As a governmental body, the school district will not deliberate or take any formal action on any items discussed, nor will meeting minutes be produced for this notice.CERTIFICATION I certify that a copy of this notice of a possible quorum was posted at the Cotulla ISD Administration bulletin board, in a place convenient to the public, and on the Cotulla ISD Website in compliance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code on ________________________________ 2024, at _____________.
