Consideration and possible action, including possible approval of contract amendment(s) and possible adoption of a Resolution regarding the purchase of real property described as approximately 64 acres of the Headwaters at Barton Creek Development in Dripping Springs, Texas, owned by WFC Headwaters Owner VII, LP for approximately $1,715,000.00, based on the price of $26,585.00 per surveyed acre, together with the costs of the conveyance, and the Post Closing Development Agreement for development of utilities and roadways, and the District's reimbursement to WFC Headwaters Owner VII for such development as set forth in the Real Estate Sales Contract, said property for the purposes of future school and related school facilities.
