Board will consider bids received for purchase of District property; 38,410 sq. ft./ 0.881772 acres more or less according to the plat of Rod Anderson, Block 8, Lot 1,2,3(pt).  Recorded in Volume 1104, page 221 of the Deed of Records of Grimes County Texas., said 38,410 sq. ft./ 0.881772 acres, parts of Lots 1,2 and 3, being the whole east ends of Lots 1 & 2, and the north side of the east end of Lot 3, included within the said Lot 3 from the north side thereof to the north line of W.W. Meachum’s lot in said Lot 3, which is the south line of the east end of the north side of Lot 3 herein conveyed, Block 8, Rodolph Addition to the City of Anderson, Grimes County, Texas being that property more particularly described in Volume 76, page 496 of the Deed of Records, Grimes County Texas.
