I. Call to Order

II. Board will consider and take possible action to approve Anderson-Shiro Junior High Baseball as an extracurricular activity. 

III. Closed Session: Consider and discuss hiring Superintendent and approval of Superintendent contract, pursuant to Texas Government Code section 5551.074. Consultation with legal counsel regarding issues related to employment and contract of new superintendent, pursuant Texas Government Code 551.071, 551.129.

IV. Board will consider and take possible action to hire Superintendent and approve Superintendent contract.

V. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the hire of Legacy Builders for the Construction of the District Administration Building Renovation Project and delegate authority to the Superintendent to negotiate and execute a contract for same.
