Closed Session: Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to deliberate personnel; Texas Government Code Section 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; and Section 551.076 to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, consultation with Board’s attorney regarding the selection of a firm to provide services for Superintendent Search.
