IX. Board will consider and take possible action to adopt a Resolution regarding Vouchers, Education Savings Accounts, Taxpayer Savings Grants, and Other Mechanisms that Reduce Public Education Funding.

X. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the Instructional Materials Allotment and TEKS Certification for the 2023-2024 school year.

XI. Board will consider and take possible action on a moratorium on out-of-district student transfers excluding siblings of current approved transfers and employed staff's children.

XII. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the spending plan for the renewal of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) Plan for the next 5 years, 2024- 2029.

XIII. Closed Session: Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to deliberate personnel; Texas Government Code Section 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; and Section 551.076 to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person.

XIV. Board will consider and take possible action to approve Superintendent's 2023-2024 school year recommendations regarding employment and contract status of classroom teachers/coaches and other non-administrative professional personnel currently employed by the District on a probationary contract.

XV. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the Superintendent's recommendation for the Director of Technology position for the district.
