IX. The board will consider the initial review of the Application for Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property submitted pursuant to Texas Tax Code Chapter 313 by Smith Lake Solar, LLC, and authorize Superintendent to engage consultants for review of the Application
|
X. The board will consider recognizing Little Dribblers as an extra-curricular activity.

XI. The board will consider approving the amended Interlocal Participation Agreement (IPA) of the TASB Risk Management Fund.

XII. The board will consider the Instructional Materials Allotment and TEKS Certification for the 2022-2023 school year.

XIII. Closed Session: Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to deliberate personnel; Texas Government Code Section 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; and Section 551.076 to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person.
Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.087: Consultation with legal counsel regarding legal issues pertaining to possible Applications for Appraised Value Limitation under Chapter 313 of the Texas Tax Code and to deliberate the offer of a financial incentive to a business prospect. |
XIV. The board will consider the Superintendent's 2022-2023 school year recommendations regarding the employment and contract status of classroom teachers/coaches and other non-administrative professional personnel currently employed by the District on a probationary contract.

XV. The board will consider the recommendation to hire the Secondary Principal for the district.

XVI. The board will consider an additional teaching position at the Elementary campus for the 2022-2023 school year.

XVII. The board will consider an architect to provide design and construction administration for the ASCISD Projects, and delegate authority to the Superintendent to negotiate and execute the final contract.
