VII. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the Resolution and Ballot for Grimes County Appraisal District Board of Directors

VIII. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the Resolution Approving the tax Roll for Tax Year 2021 and appraisal roll with tax amounts entered to constitute the 2021 tax roll for Anderson-Shiro CISD.

IX. Board will consider and take possible action to approve Policy Manual Update 118

X. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the purchase of two (2) new District school busses

XI. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the creation of a new Elementary School teaching position.

XII.
