VIII. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the 2022 Tax Assessment/Collection Agreement with Grimes County Appraisal District

IX. Board will consider and take possible action to approve the order authorizing the issuance of Anderson-Shiro Consolidated Independent School District Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds, Series 2021;  setting certain parameters for the bonds; authorizing the pricing officer to approve the amount, the interest rate, price, including the terms thereof; authorizing the redemption prior to maturity of certain outstanding bonds; and certain other procedures and provisions related thereto

X. Board will consider and take possible action to amend the 2021-2022 ASCISD Compensation Plan.

Closed Session:  Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to deliberate personnel; Texas Government Code Section 551.072 to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; and Section 551.076 to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices; if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person.
