April 25, 2023 at 12:00 PM - Special Board Meeting

1. Call to order of members present.

2. Discussion and possible vote to approve minutes of the regular meeting of April 5, 2023.

3. Discussion of hiring Joe D. Hall General Contractors for any possible construction projects in relation to the September 12, 2023 bond issue. 

4. Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to the bond sale. 

5. Board to receive bids for the $2,700,000 Taxable Combined Purpose Building Bonds of this School District and take action to award bonds to the lowest bidder. 

6. Board to consider and take action on a resolution providing for the issuance of taxable combined purpose building bonds in the sum of $2,700,000 by this school district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration there of; providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of issue. 

7. Board to consider and accept any employee resignations up to Tuesday, April 25th, 2023.
