Expenses to be paid by Sanctioned Organization funds, Homerun Club, personal funds and donations. 3. Cleveland Bailey Elementary Special Olympics team to participate in the Special Olympics State Games in Stillwater, OK, on May 13-14, 2020. Expenses to be paid by School Activity fund 64, Project Code 883, Special Olympics. 4. Carl Albert High School Vocal Music to compete at the Jr. High All-State Convention and Vocal Music Competition in Oklahoma City, OK, on January 9-11, 2020. VIII. Vote to approve or not approve hiring Braillist Laquano Sango to transcribe documents for a visually impaired Mid-Del student. The cost of these services should not exceed $7,500.00 for the 2019-2020 school year to be paid from Special Services Flow through Fund, Project Code 621; Impact Aid Fund, Project Code 592; and General Fund, Project Code 000. - Mrs. Dunn

IX. Vote to approve or not approve purchase of registrations for the PLC at Work Institutes, summer 2020, from Solution Tree for a total cost of $118,283.00 to be paid by Title II, Project Code 541, and Title I, Project Code 511. Solution Tree is the sole source vendor for the registrations. - Mrs. Dunn

X. Vote to approve or not approve an increase in the contract for Supplemental Health Care to provide additional Speech Language Pathology services to the Midwest City-Del City School District for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. The cost for this contract is currently $150,000.00 and we would like to increase it by $150,000.00 for a total of $300,000.00 for the entire 2019-2020 school year. This will be funded from Special Services Flow Through Fund, Project Code 621; Impact Aid Fund, Project Code 592; and General Fund, Project Code 000. - Mrs. Dunn

XI. Vote to approve or not approve purchase of Google G Suite Enterprise for Education from Amplified IT for the amount of $24,019.20 to be paid from Project Code 044. This is the first year of a three year renewable contract. - Mr. Shelden
