2. Publication of Meeting - Notice of the meeting was published in the December 6, 2024 edition of The Daily Record and posted in the display case outside the administration center, at the Plattsmouth location of the U.S. Postal Service, and on the district website at www.pcsd.org.

5. Public Forum: Reception of Delegates - For all meetings of the Board, individual speakers shall have up to 3 minutes to address the Board, and the Board shall hear up to 30 cumulative minutes of public comment. The Board may vote to modify these time limits when the Board deems appropriate. The President may implement other reasonable requirements for public comment consistent with the Open Meetings Act.
While the public forum is an opportunity for members of the public to speak during the meeting, there will not be back-and-forth discussions between members of the public and Board of Education members. |
