Rationale:
NEW policy. All boards are required to have a policy that prohibits employees from assisting former employees to obtain new employment if the individual knows or has probable cause to believe that the new employee engaged in sexual misconduct regarding a minor.

Rationale:
Boards are required to have a policy that provides for the administration of medications that treat adrenal insufficiency. This information is missing from the board's current version of Policy 6.405. TSBA recommends including this section to align with the requirments found in state law.

Rationale:
TSBA recommends removing the reference to the number of health index modules. The State Board updated the number of modules to eight. As a result, TSBA recommends revising this language to "on each of the recommended School Health Index modules."

Rationale:

Rationale:
On November, 30, 2019 Cox Bus Lines, Inc. will cease to exist. Owner, Clark Cox is retiring. Clark Cox is requesting the transfer of 3 routes, 414, 417, and 465 to his son, Roger Cox for the duration of the 3 contracts. Upon reaching the end of each contract, each route will be up for bid per normal process. Roger Cox and wife Sandy Cox are the owners of S&R Buses, Inc. and Roger Cox is also part owner in Clark Cox’s business, Cox Bus Lines, Inc. |
