1. Call to order and roll call of board members to establish a quorum.

3. Introduction of November Students of the Month: Tania Portillo Brito - Business & Office Services (BPA), Camila Lupercio - Health Careers (HOSA), and Joshua Goodman - Culinary Arts (SkillsUSA). - Andrea Long and Ricky Wilkinson

4. Vote to approve or disapprove the Minutes of the November 10, 2025, regular board meeting. 

5. Vote to approve or disapprove the Activity Fund report for November, FY26. - Sally Yates

6. Vote to approve or disapprove the Treasurer's report for November, FY26. - Sally Yates

7. Vote to approve or disapprove the following encumbrances. - Sally Yates

7.a. FY26 General Fund encumbrance list numbers 41440 through 41560, $95,791.44.

7.b. FY26 Building Fund encumbrance list numbers 45049 through 45054, $33,016.49.

8. Vote to approve or disapprove items as surplus as presented, number 1 - 50 on the attached list. - Dwight Hughes

9. Vote to approve or disapprove the 2026-2027 Student and Instructional Staff school calendar. - Rachel Snider

10. Vote to approve or disapprove the 2026-2027 12 Month and Non-Instructional Staff school calendar. - Rachel Snider

11. Consideration and vote to go into executive session, pursuant to Oklahoma Stat. Title 25 §307(B)(1), to consider the following business:

11.a. The employment of an applicant for Building and Grounds Maintenance, effective January 5, 2026.

12. Acknowledge return to open session.

13. President’s Statement concerning minutes of executive session.

14. Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of an applicant for Building and Grounds Maintenance, effective January 5, 2026.
