I.A. This public hearing on the budget final tax request is called to order on September 9, 2024, at _______P.M. in the multi-purpose room of Osmond Community Schools. The Nebraska Open Meetings Law is posted in the room. Publication of meeting was provided according to policy 2008, being published in the (Date) issue of the Osmond Republican, and is duly convened in open session.

II. We will now open this hearing for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions, or observations of taxpayers relating to setting the final tax request for the 2024-2025 school year.
