Call to Order
Rationale:
It is 6:____PM and I now call to order the Crete Public Schools Board of Education Meeting. This is the November 2, 2020 special meeting. Notice of this meeting has been advertised and posted locally.
We want those in attendance to know that a copy of the Open Meetings Act is at the entrance to the Auditorium. Ms. Banos will you please call the roll. |

Appoint a Hearing Officer
Rationale:
Discuss, consider, and take action to appoint a hearing officer and advisor to the Board for a personnel hearing.

Personnel Hearing
Rationale:
Personnel hearing will be held and the Board will take action to cancel, continue or take other action it deems appropriate on the employment contract of Trent Framke. (Executive or closed session is possible for the hearing and for deliberations). In the event of a resignation, the Board of Education will consider, discuss, and take action on acceptance of the resignation and any resignation agreement.

Notification of Upcoming BOE Meetings
Rationale:
The next regular BOE meeting will be on Monday, November 9, 2020. The meeting will begin at 6 PM and be conducted at the Crete Administration Building.
