Mrs. Fielder has an associate's degree in Animal Science. She will be pursuing a probationary teaching certificate followed by a career ed certificate or standard teaching certificate. Upon issuance of her certificate, she will then be placed on the negotiated salary scale as a certified teacher. She will have 2 years to complete her bachelor's degree in Ag Education and obtain her standard teaching certificate and 3 years if she chooses the NE Career education permit. Mr. Conroy will work with her to choose the path that meets her goals.

All BCS Handbooks have been submitted to Perry Law Firm for review and BCS Policy agreement and clarity of purpose, and application of all District rules, rights, and responsibilities regarding all who abide by these handbooks. Pending this review, all BCS Handbooks will be presented as an Action item at the August 3, 2026, COW with possible further discussion and final approval for 2026-27 implementation and use. |
