7.1. Approval of Head Start Memorandum of Understanding
Description:
The Administration recommends that the Board approve and authorize the Board President to execute the attached Memorandum of Understanding with Head Start/Early Head Start of the Lehigh Valley. This is an annual agreement to collaborate on a plan stating how the LEA will transition children who have attended a Head Start program. This agreement renews automatically each year on July first.

7.2. Approval of SWIS Suite License Agreement
Description:
The Administration recommends that the Board approve and authorize the Board President to execute the attached agreement with SWIS Suite. The terms of this agreement are from the execution date to August 31, 2027.

7.3. Approval of GHR Education Agreement Addendum
Description:
The Administration recommends the Board approve and authorize the Board President to execute the attached agreement addendum with GHR Education. This addendum covers Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Services and the hourly rate.

7.4. Approval of Lehigh University Affiliation Agreement
Description:
The Administration recommends that the Board approve and authorize the Board President to execute the attached affiliation agreement with Lehigh University to allow for students enrolled at the college to complete their student teaching experience in Parkland School District. The term of this agreement shall be from the date of execution for five years.

7.5. Approval of 2026-2027 School Calendar Update
Description:
The Administration recommends that the Board approve the updated 2026-2027 school calendar to change March 9, 2027, to a Professional Development Day to recognize Eid al Fitr on our calendar and make March 10, 2027, an in-person learning day.

8.1. Approval of SendSafely Agreement
Description:
The Administration recommends that the Board approve the Board President to execute the attached agreement with Send Safely. This item was approved during the June board meeting, but the contract was not attached to the agenda item.

8.2. Approval of Netwrix Agreement
Description:
The Administration recommends that the Board approve and authorize the Board President to execute the attached agreement with Netwrix to obtain Netwrix Auditor which is a data security and access governance module designed to protect data stored in our organization's on-premise system. The terms of this agreement are from July 27, 2026, through July 26, 2027, and the cost is $2,758.21.

Description:
