- requesting $7,000 to continue overseeing this scholarship program ? How many students in the Class of 2026 have qualified for the scholarship. A total of 16 students in the 2026 graduating class qualified for the scholarship. A total of 12 accepted their awards. I continue to work with one student to help faciliate the necessary paperwork.
? How many current Charleroi college sophomores, juniors, and seniors remain in good standing and continue to qualify for the grant. A total of 32 college sophomores, juniors and seniors remain in good standing. ? Over the past four years, how many students initially qualified for the grant but later became ineligible because they did not continue to meet the program requirements. Looking at college start years of 2022-2025, of the 46 students that recieved a scholarship, a total of six students transferred to non qualifying schools and a total of 8 students failed to meet the minimum requirements to continue the scholarship. ? A summary of the requirements students must meet to remain in good standing and continue receiving the scholarship. To maintain the scholarship, recipients must do the following: Maintain a 3.0 GPA each semester. Earn a minimum 30 credits each school year. Have an official transcript sent directly to me from the post secondary school by June 12th each year, or by the end of the summer term if summer school is needed to meet the 3.0 and/or 30 credit requirement. Have the official and final tuition statement showing all aid awarded sent to me by mid August each year. |
