A. Motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Business meeting of July 13, 2026 Regular Board Meeting.

  Motion to approve the bill listings for general fund and cafeteria fund for August 10, 2026.
 

8.  D. Transportation Contracts 2026-2027 School Year

Motion to approve the transportation contract with one-time fuel stipend and the  athletic trip contract, contractors, bus driver; van drivers and substitutes for the 2026-2027 school year per the attached.

9. E. Renewal Agreement - Forest City Regional Virtual Academy (VLN)
 Motion to approve the renewal and updates for VLN Education  with Forest City Regional School District for the 2026-2027 school year.

Motion to appoint Brian T. Kelly, CPA & Associates as school district auditors for school year ending June 30, 2026.

11. G.  Agreement - Trehab Student Assistance Program
Motion to approve the Student Assistance Program (SAP) with Forest City Regional School District for the 2026-2027 school year.

Motion to approve the agreement between The Western PA School for the Deaf and Forest City Regional School District for student services in the 2026-2027  school year.

Motion to accept the resignation from Denise Olivares from 7 hour Assistant Cook Cafeteria Staff effective August 10, 2026 per the negotiated Forest City Regional Support Professional Education Contract.

Motion to approve Denise Olivares to 6.5 hour Support Staff Paraprofessional effective August 24, 2026 per the negotiated Forest City Regional Support Professional Education Contract.

Motion to approve Sabrina Heuskin as  7-hour Assistant Cook Cafeteria Staff effective August 24, 2026, pending clearances per the negotiated Forest City Regional Support Professional Education Contract.
