14. NEW BUSINESS - PERSONNEL/ROLL CALL VOTE
|
|
14.A. 26-282 - Approve any current full-time District Staff, part-time District Staff, substitutes, coaches, and extracurricular staff to be eligible to serve in various roles associated with District initiatives, programs, and events as needed. Authorize payment for these duties in accordance with their applicable contractual rates, established district hourly rates, or approved substitute rates of pay, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

14.B. 26-285 - Approve Michelle Weissmann as a 1:1 Instructional Assistant at the High School, effective August 17, 2026. Her salary will be $22.38 per hour, paid through ACCESS funding, with benefits, in accordance with the ESPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

|
14.C. 26-287 - Approve Nicole Barthol, LTS Kindergarten Teacher at Lehigh Elementary School, from August 17, 2026, to April 6, 2027, or on or before the last day of the school year. Her salary will be $66,055.00 (Bachelor’s, Step 1), prorated, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between NASD and NAEA; she will maintain her ESPA Benefits in accordance with the NASD ESPA Contract.

14.D. 26-288 - Approve Kyleigh Straub, TPE First Grade Teacher at Lehigh Elementary School, effective August 17, 2026. Her salary will be $66,055.00 (Bachelor's, Step 1), with benefits, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between NASD and NAEA.

14.E. 26-295 - Approve Austin Hicks as a K-2 Autistic Support Instructional Assistant at East Allen Elementary School, effective August 17, 2026. His salary will be $22.38 per hour, with benefits, in accordance with the ESPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

14.F. 26-299 - Approve the participation of Mrs. April Krempasky and Mrs. Courtney Schnyderite in the 2026-2027 German American Partnership Program (GAPP) from June 8, 2027, to June 25, 2027, which includes accompanying District students to Germany for the exchange visit and coordinating and hosting the visiting German students to our District. The cost to the District for the program will not exceed $3,600. The cost for this program is included in the Board approved 2026-2027 Curriculum Budget.

17.A. 26-302 - Approve the Agreement of Sale of the former Franklin Elementary School building located at 855 Lincoln Avenue, Northampton, Pennsylvania, including the adjacent playground, with Tony Sayegh for the amount of $1,025,000 and subject to the terms of the Agreement of Sale and the Pennsylvania School Code.

17.B. 26-303 - Approve the Agreement of Sale of the former Moore Elementary School building located at 2835 Mountain View Drive, Bath, Pennsylvania, with New Story, LLC, for the amount of $3,400,000 and subject to the terms of the Agreement of Sale and the Pennsylvania School Code.

17.C. 26-304 - Approve Change Order No. 1 to FieldTurf USA, Inc. for track depression repair work at the Northampton Area Middle School Stadium Turf Field in the amount of $47,224.55, increasing the contract total to $727,224.55, subject to proper execution of all change order documents.
