8.C. Recommend approval to pay the Meyersdale Red Raider Athletic Boosters $4,000 to cover a portion of the lockers for the new fieldhouse.

8.D. Recommend approval of the agreement with Meyersdale Area School District and Ignite Education Solutions for agency placement for the 2026-2027 school year at a rate of $13,521.17 per seat/per year.

9.B. Recommend approval to purchase new bus cameras from Safety Vision at a cost of $22,476.20 using Buyboard Co-op purchasing agreement # 696-23.

9.D. Recommend approval of the list of Rockwood Transportation driver's and vehicles for the 2026-2027 school year as presented.

10. Athletics and Extracurricular - Matthew Bennett, Chairperson

10.A. Recommend the following coach(es) and volunteer(s) be approved, as listed, for the upcoming 2026-2027 sporting seasons, pending completion of all relevant clearances and other paperwork and acceptance thereof by the district:

10.B. Recommend approval for the Meyersdale Area School District to continue the golf cooperatives at all levels with Rockwood, with the addition of Somerset Christian to the cooperative with Salisbury and Berlin.

10.C. Recommend approval of any freshman meeting the Eligibility Policy be moved to the varsity level for the 26-27 season in the sports of volleyball, wrestling, girls' and boys' basketball, baseball and softball.

|
11.A. Recommend approval of the change order with FYE Fencing to move the fence to increase the pathway at an additional cost of $3,500.00.

11.B. Be it RESOLVED, that the Meyersdale Area School District of Somerset County hereby request a Public School Facility Improvement grant of up to $1,500,000 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used for critical roof replacement, domestic hot water replacement, security door upgrades, structural awning support replacements, and bleacher upgrades.
