Description:
The administration recommends for approval, beginning July 1, 2026, permission to submit grant proposals for federal and state-funded grands throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

3.E. Personnel Additional Working Hours
Description:
The administration recommends approval, beginning July 1, 2026, authority of the Administrative Director to assign personnel additional working hours, at the approved hourly rates, for curriculum development, staff development, special projects or federal/state funded grants, in writing proposals and accounting the same.

3.F. Serena Bridges Alternative Certification
Description:
The administration recommends the support for Mrs. Serena Bridges to begin alternative certification for Principal Certification, and title modification to Assistant Principal. Locally to remain the same "Special Education Facilitator".

3.G. Transfer Secondary Instructor
Description:
The administration recommends ratifying the transfer of Tyler Mosorjak, current Polytech Instructor, from his current position to the position of Instructor of the Apartment Program, to begin in the 2026-2027 school year.

Description:
The administration recommends ratifying the transfer of Amanda Husar, current Part-time. Custodian, to a full time custodial position, retroactive to June 8, 2026.

The administration recommends for approval, beginning July 1, 2026 permission for GJCTC to participate in the PA Cooperative Technology Purchasing Program, PA State Co-Stars Purchasing Program, Source Well and PA General Services Surplus Equipment Programs to obtain state contract pricing for purchases for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.

4.B. Budget Transfers
Description:
The administration recommends for approval that the Financial Officer, along with the Auditor, be authorized to make the necessary budgetary transfers, as required by the School Code, to close the books at the end of the 2025-2026 fiscal year.

4.C. 1st Summit Loan Payment Formula - 2026-2027
Description:
The administration recommends for approval the 2026-2027 loan payment formula, detailed on the attachment, as recommended by PFM Financial Advisors, LLC.

Description:
The administration requests approval of the 2026-2027 insurance package from MGI Risk Management at a total cost of $141,080 as detailed in the attachment. This represents a 1% increase from 2025-2026 renewal.
