3.A. Pyramid Healthcare Agreement - Soaring Heights School
Description:
Recommend approval of agreement with Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. t/d/b/a Soaring Heights School to provide educational services for special education students when requested by the South Eastern School District for $357.00 per day plus an addendum of $153.00 per day for paraprofessional support services, if needed, effective June 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027.

3.B. High Roads School Agreement
Description:
Recommend approval of the agreement with Specialized Education of Pennsylvania, Inc. for High Road School of East York and High Road School of Southern York for four guaranteed slots at $80,640 per slot plus four aides at $42,300 per aide, totaling $491,760.00 for the 2026-2027 school year.

Description:
Recommend approval of the proposal provided by Heartland School Solutions for the food service POS system subscription, totaling $5,457.00 for the 2026-2027 school year. The proposal includes a one-time district migration cost of $3,897.00 to transition from Nutrikids to their updated Mosaic POS system. This includes the data migration and three days of training.

4.B. KD Auditorium Project Transfer
Description:
Recommend approval to transfer the total cost of the Set in Stone by Krone proposal, $42,000.00, from the Capital Reserve Fund to the General Fund for the rework and epoxy flooring of three(3) sections of the Kennard-Dale High School Auditorium. Transferring the proposal to the General Fund ensures all related expenditures are accounted for within the same fund, providing clear and accurate tracking of project costs.

Description:
Recommend approval of the Set In Stone by Krone proposal for safety and security door and hardware upgrades to the South Eastern Middle School and South Eastern Intermediate School, totaling $34,600.00, utilizing NCPA contract number 02-139.

6.B. Clean and Green Application Update
Description:
It is reported that the County of York Assessment Office received and accepted the Clean and Green applications for parcel identification numbers 61000AN00460000000 and 28000AN00230000000. A physical inspection of the properties will be conducted next, followed by a determination of eligibility for the Clean & Green program for the tax year 2027. The district was billed $6,735.84 (face amount) in school district taxes and $2,806.68 (face amount) in county and municipality taxes for the 2026 tax year.

6.C. LIU Joint Authority Capital Project
Description:
It is recommended that the Lincoln Intermediate Unit Joint Authority Capital Project for York Learning Center be approved.
