Description:  There was an Executive Session for legal, property, personnel, and student related matters held on June 16, 2026 via in-person communication. 

Description:  It is recommended that the attached Budget Transfers be approved.

Description:  Recommend approval of agreement with Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. t/d/b/a Soaring Heights School to provide educational services for special education students when requested by the South Eastern School District for $357.00 per day plus an addendum of $153.00 per day for paraprofessional support services, if needed, effective June 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027.  
 

Description:  Recommend approval of the agreement with Specialized Education of Pennsylvania, Inc. for High Road School of East York and High Road School of Southern York for four guaranteed slots at $80,640 per slot plus four aides at $42,300 per aide, totaling $491,760.00 for the 2026-2027 school year.
 

Description:  Recommend approval of the agreement with Red Lion Bible Church and Christian School for transportation cost of $282.20/day (includes fuel) for 175 days, totaling $49,385.00 for the 2026-2027 school year to transport South Eastern School District students as required by law.
 

Description:  Recommend approval of the proposal provided by Heartland School Solutions for the food service POS system subscription, totaling $5,457.00 for the 2026-2027 school year. The proposal includes a one-time district migration cost of $3,897.00 to transition from Nutrikids to their updated Mosaic POS system. This includes the data migration and three days of training.

Description:  Recommend approval to transfer the total cost of the Set in Stone by Krone proposal, $42,000.00, from the Capital Reserve Fund to the General Fund for the rework and epoxy flooring of three(3) sections of the Kennard-Dale High School Auditorium. Transferring the proposal to the General Fund ensures all related expenditures are accounted for within the same fund, providing clear and accurate tracking of project costs.
 

Description:  Recommend approval of the Set In Stone by Krone proposal for safety and security door and hardware upgrades to the South Eastern Middle School and South Eastern Intermediate School, totaling $34,600.00, utilizing NCPA contract number 02-139.
 

Description:  Recommend motion to approve the attached Travel Authorization/Professional Development for District staff.

Description:  Constellation awarded Kennard-Dale High School a $10,000.00 grant for the Career and Employment Connections program for student transportation to off-site career exploration experiences.  Acceptance of this grant is recommended.

2. Full-time Paraprofessional.  It is recommended that Tracey Moxley* of Delta, Pennsylvania be appointed as a full-time paraprofessional at Kennard-Dale High School, at an hourly rate of $20.70 (Range III), effective August 17, 2026, working 186 days per year, 7 hours per day.  (Replacement)

Full-time Paraprofessional.  It is recommended that Alexandria Matson* of Red Lion, Pennsylvania be appointed as a full-time paraprofessional at Fawn Area Elementary School, at an hourly rate of $17.31 (Range III), effective August 17, 2026, working 186 days per year, 7.0 hours per day.  (Replacement)
