B.1. Buildings & Grounds Report

Description:

Administration Rooftop Replacement Project begins 9/14
- Project Approved at August 6^th Board Meeting
- Not to exceed $1.5 million. Paid for from Capital Projects

High School RTU Replacement Grant Update
- High School still has 12 rooftop units to be replaced (10 replaced in summer ’25)
- Grant expected to be awarded in October
- If NH is awarded, bids could be received over winter with project beginning summer ’27

Planned 2026-2027 District RFP’s include:
- General Custodial Supplies
- Annual Fire Alarm Inspections

District Closed Dates for 2026-2027. Facilities off limits to all non-district groups:

- Thanksgiving Break - November 25 through November 30
- Christmas Break - December 23 through January 3
- Martin Luther King Jr. - January 18
- Spring Break - March 20 through March 28
- Memorial Day - May 29 through May 31
