Description:  NEW:

• WellSpan Crisis Intervention Referral Agreement — This is a standard linkage agreement to streamline/improve efficiency of referrals to WellSpan's Crisis Intervention services.  There is no cost to the District.
• York Learning Center Resolution — The resolution represents an acknowledgment of the scope and working components of the York Learning Center's Capital Project, including the funding model, and does not signify an authorization to proceed, which rests solely with the Authority Board.  The YCL Capital Project Presentation is included in the attachments.

RENEWAL:

• Aaron Solutions — This agreement is for the toner and service for District Printers. This is a budgeted expense in the amount of $17,000 for the year.  The cost is the same as last year.
• Austill's Educational Therapy Services Addendum — This is an addendum to our December 22, 2022, updating contracted rates. The agreement provides outsourced Occupational, Physical, and Speech therapy for students placed in special educational settings outside the District when LIU staff are not available.
• Community Progress Council Sponsor-to-Sponsor Agreement — This annual agreement allows the Community Progress Council’s Head Start & Pre-K Counts Programs to purchase school meals for its students and staff from the District for the 2026-2027 School Year. The Adult Breakfast Unit Price has increased to $3.04 ($0.34 increase) and Lunch Unit Price has increased to $5.25 ($1.00 increase).  The Student Breakfast Unit Price has increased to $2.54 ($0.08 increase), and the Student Lunch Unit Price has increased to $4.76 ($0.16 increase).  These meal rates are in line with the reimbursement they received through the National School Lunch Program.  The number of days per year decreased by 4 days to 176. 
• LIU12 Tier One IT Support Services State of Work Agreement — This agreement with LIU12 for Tier I (help desk) support services for the duration of the 2026-27 SY. LIU support will supplement existing WYASD IT staff on an "as needed" basis. The cost is $70 per hour or $550 per day. 
• LIU12 Title I LOA and Addendum B — Together, this Letter of Agreement and Addendum with the Lincoln Intermediate Unit contracts the LIU to provide Title 1 non-public equitable services on the district’s behalf.  This confirms that the District will utilize the Lincoln Intermediate Unit for 2026-2027 Title 1 equitable services, with automatic renewals for the following 2 school years.
• Pyramid Healthcare/Soaring Heights School — This annual agreement for the 2026-27 school year allows for the placement of our students (K-12) with the most significant behavioral needs.  Soaring Heights educates students with autism and emotional disturbance in a contracted out-of-district placement.  The rate for Autistic Support/Emotional Support increased from $350/day to $357/day. The rate for 1:1 paraprofessional services increased from $151.50/day to $153/day.  While we do not currently have any students scheduled to attend Soaring Heights for the coming school year, we are renewing the agreement so that it is in place should the need arise.
• Specialized Education of PA/High Road School of York Agreement — The agreement with High Road School of York is a renewal for two (2) prepaid placements (one less than last year) in their Emotional Support classroom.   The cost increased from $202 per day per student to $218 per day per student.
• Yellow Breeches Educational Center — This item is to allow the District to utilize Yellow Breeches Educational
  Center as a placement option for one (1) student.  This represents a reduction of two (2) placements from the prior school year.  The rate per student increased from $34,144 to $35,510.  The transportation increased from $23,191 to $24,119.

Description:  Recommendation to accept the Donation of $2,000 to the West York Fall and Winter Cheerleaders from Conductive Technologies.

Description:  Attached is the Middle School ATSI plan. The ATSI plan is required to be approved annually due to the building designation status. Strategies to increase student achievement remain the focus in this plan.

Description:  The District has received notification that the Application dated September 2025 has been approved for a $1,000,000 RACP Grant.  This Grant is for use for match funds for the Main Campus Project.  The District will be partnering with the York County Economic Alliance. 

Description:  Recommendation to establish the Blue & White student activity account for the Class of 2030.

Description:  Recommendation for the annual approval to transport students for Public, Non-public, and Charter schools for the 2026-27 school year.  The bus schedules are on file in the Board Secretary's office.
