There was a Board workshop held on July 14, 2026 to discuss strategic planning.  The workshop lasted approximately 120 minutes.

There was an executive session immediately preceding this meeting to discuss legal and personnel matters and the matters to be considered on this agenda.  The meeting lasted approximately 50 minutes.

Public Content:  The Administration recommends approval of tax assessment stipulations between Hatboro-Horsham School District and Parcel #36-00-04142-30-4, 800 Enterprise Road.

The Administration recommends approval of student activity organizations and authorized signatories for the 2026-2027 school year.

The names in the attached report are redacted for student privacy and to limit unauthorized attempts to access District accounts. 

Public Content:  The Administration recommends approval of the attached Human Resources action items, including but not limited to appointments, changes of status, resignations, retirements, leaves of absence, substitute employment, extracurricular assignments, and supplemental pay per District policy.

Retirements and resignations were received as required by policy.  Candidates for employment were selected and recommended following an interview process conducted by the hiring supervisor (principal, director, etc.). Candidates complete all required new hire paperwork and secure required clearances prior to the start of employment.

Public Content:  The Administration recommends approval of employment agreements with Dr. Kelli L. Sendel, Director of Human Resources, and Dr. Robert Campman, Interim Principal of Crooked Billet Elementary School.

Jennifer Wilson is currently serving as the District representative to the Eastern Center for Arts and Technology.

Katherine Kahn is currently serving as the Board liaison to the Safe Schools Committee.

Public Content:  In Dr. McLaurin's absence, Dr. Ted Domers, Assistant Superintendent, will provide an update regarding the District's federal programs.

Public Content:  Dr. Robert Jarvis is currently serving as the District representative to the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit.

Public Content:  Theresa Brown is currently serving as the District representative to the Pennsylvania School Boards Association.

Public Content:  Attached is the end of the 2025-2026 school year enrollment report.

Public Content:  Dr. Scott Eveslage, Superintendent, will provide an update regarding the operations of the District and timely information related to education.
