4. Discuss and review state allowed delivery methods for construction.

5. Discuss Soliciting Proposals for Construction Management at Risk (CM@R) for the Facilities Renovations and Construction of projects resulting from the 2026 Bond Election, utilizing a CM@R specification Package prepared by Harper Perkins Architects.

6. Approve the Government issued Davis Bacon Wage Scale as issued for Shackleford County.
Description:
(this wage scale can be modified if the board chooses to do so, the one I will have provided is the "Texas State by county" recommended wage scale, they supposedly frequently survey companies and owners in the general area and designate these wages as the "normal" prevailing wage... some areas do not agree that this is the way to do things, regardless, one has to be approved. If you want to modify it you have to do surveys and determine what is the "average" for the trade in the county, and have it certified. All in all, it is a major endeavor and pain... so most all schools just go by Davis Bacon. This is a TEA mandated issue)

7. Approve Superintendent to conduct Contract negotiations with the CM@R for contractual business as it relates to the construction project for Albany ISD.

8. Approval/Adoption of a building Code for Albany ISD.

9. Discuss/Consider upcoming construction projects related to bond election.

10. Adjournment
