1. 7:00 The Mayor will declare the meeting open. 

2. 7:01  The City Clerk will call roll.  

3. 7:02  The March 10th regular meeting minutes will be presented for consideration and possible action.

4. 7:05  The March treasurer’s report will be presented. 

5. 7:08  Public Comments may be heard.

6. 7:10  Discussion and possible action for a contract with Five Rule Planning for a Low to Moderate Income Study will be held.

7. 7:30  Discussion and possible action for Solar Energy presentation by Gen Pro Energy will be held.

8. 8:00 The 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Audit will be presented for consideration and possible action.

9. 8:35  Discussion and possible action for Old Mill Days with Neligh Young Men's Club for authorization to use Penn Park for fireworks display on July 4th, to authorize the distributor to display the fireworks, and for a donation for fireworks will be held.

10. 8:25  Consideration and possible action for Ordinance No. 669 issuing bonds for the Sewer Improvement District No. 2024-1 will be presented.

11. 8:30  Discussion and possible action for a request for proposals for audit services for 2025-2026 and the following 3 fiscal years and setting a bid opening date will be held. 

12. 8:35  Discussion and possible action for setting a bid opening date for city insurance request for proposals based on current coverage will be held.

13. 8:40  Discussion and possible action for update on dangerous buildings will be held.

14. 8:50 Appointments will be made for the following: Tree Board 2 members for 3-year terms.

15. 8:55 The Economic Development report will be presented.

15.a. Consideration and possible action for the Chamber of Commerce Rural Workforce Housing Governance Agreement will be held.

17.c. Consideration and possible action to submit the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) application to Nebraska Department of Water, Energy and Efficiency for lighting upgrades will be held.
