1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS

2. VOTE TO CONVENE OR NOT CONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION

• (A)  Motion, second, discussion, and vote on motion to go into executive session, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(1) and (7), to discuss the separation agreement and resignation of Mr. Gabriel Schmidt, Superintendent, where disclosure of the information discussed would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law. 

 

•  (B)  Motion, second, discussion, and vote on motion to go into executive session, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(1) and (7), to discuss the employment of certain individuals as support, for the district (identified in Exhibit 1), individual salaried public employee, where disclosure of the information discussed would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law. 

 

• (C)  Motion, second, discussion, and vote on motion to go into executive session, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(1) and (7), to discuss the resignation of certified personnel (identified in Exhibit 1), an individual salaried public employee, where disclosure of the information discussed would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law.

Consider and take action of the following personnel matters:

5.A. The Board will approve or not approve the mutual separation agreement and resignation of Superintendent, Mr. Gabriel Schmidt.

5.B. The Board will vote to approve or not approve the employment of certain individuals as support, per the personnel sheet attached to and publicly posted with this agenda. EXHIBIT 1

5.C. The Board will approve or not approve the resignation of certified personnel, per the personnel sheet attached to and publicly posted with the agenda. EXHIBIT 1
