1. Call to Order:
It has been found and ordered that in accordance with policies and dorders of the Board, the notice of this meeting was posted publicly at 1375 SH 16, Priddy, TX in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.001 et seq, and that all terms of said article have been fully complied with and that the required 72-hour notice has been properly and correctly given. Items do not have to be taken in the corer shown on this meeting notice. This meeting notice was posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act on December 8th, 2025, at 3:45 PM

12. Discussion and possible action concerning Priddy ISD transfer policy and DOI
Description:
Consider possible changes to the Priddy ISD policy and DOI with regard to transfer students.

13. Executive Session:
No one shall, without lawful authority, knowingly disclose to a member of the public this certified agenda of a closed meeting. A person who violates this subsection commits a Class B misdemeanor and may be liable to any party injured or damaged by the disclosure. Texas Government Code § 551.146(a).
Description:
Under the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001, the Board of Trustees may enter into a Closed or Executive Session should they determine one is needed during the course of the meeting covered by this notice. If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the Board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code 551, Subchapters D and E. Before any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting. All final votes, actions or decisions will be taken in open meeting.
