Rationale:
Consideration, motion and vote to convene into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, discipline or resignation of any salaried public officer or employee, in accordance with Oklahoma Statute Title 25 and the section noted below and in particular, discussion of the following matters is proposed:

Proposed executive session a) to discuss the employment of the Superintendent, where the disclosure of information would violate confidentiality requirements of federal and state law as authorized by Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307 (B)(1)&(7); and b) for the purpose of confidential communications between the Board of Education and its attorney concerning the investigation into allegations of discrimination asserted against school district employee or employees as authorized by Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307 (B)(4).
